Social Life

A person's social life consists of the many connections he makes with others, such as family, friends, members of their community, and strangers. It will be measured by the quality consistent with the length of the social interactions you have on a daily basis, both face-to-face and online.

people begin life dependent on survival on the quality of their relationship with their primary caregiver, generally their mother. Humanity's survival as a species equally hinges on the potential for social living. Technology has changed the ways that we move with others in our daily lives, but it hasn’t affected the essential need to sort adjuvant bonds with folks.

Types of social interaction

Social interactions are generally assumed as daily events devoid of all complexity, however, through these social communication dynamics that encompass family, work, economic, cultural and political relationships, we build our social reality at every moment. Social interactions create, through their multiple forms of expression, the social reality where people share values, beliefs, codes of coexistence, resources and information. The network of individuals that make up society, often with conflicting interests, make decisions and interact with repercussions on the social environment, which in turn conditions them for future decisions. Sociology studies these social dynamics according to their levels of interaction, magnitude and level of complexity, through micro-social and macro-social systems.

loneliness

Nobody wants to be alone. Loneliness is one of the most widespread fears among the population. The lack of understanding from our loved ones or not receiving support can trigger this feeling. The fear of loneliness is widespread in society and it is not surprising. After all, human beings are social by nature. Since the beginning of time, people have decided to meet in villages, towns and cities with the sole objective of creating communities in which to feel sheltered.

There are autonomous people who affirm, without any shame, that they do not need anyone to direct their path in life. This is false in the vast majority of cases. Social relationships provide us with security and confidence, two vital aspects for the correct psychological balance.
